1 bedroom, downtown Toronto, Yonge and Bloor, more specifically Church and Isabella, so near subway, stores, schools, etc. This is a temporary sublet from February to May or June.
$1600/mth which includes all utilities and internet, etc. First/last required. Kitchen is equipped. Large TV in bedroom (which could be moved to the living room). There is also a blow up queen bed for guests, A/C (should anyone be there in June), common washer/dryers one flight below. There is also a queen air mattress for possible guests. Smoking is allowed, however drapes, linens, carpets etc. are washed regularly. Brand new queen mattress/Duvet installed on day one.
