Building has a great pool and common spaces. Other amenities include free coffee, gym, free garage parking, rooftop, bike room, guest suite, 24 hour concierge, etc.

All the furniture will be for sale so we can work that into the agreement if youre interested in keeping any of it. Im fairly flexible on dates but looking to move out by March. The lease will run until July 11th with the option to renew. Ive loved living here, will be sad to leave when the time comes.
