Large Mirrored Closet: 87 L x 75 H x 27 D with a small dresser and multiple shelves inside + essentials like an iron and ironing board, hangers, and a brand new laundry basket.

Kitchen: Full access to a tidy and well-equipped kitchen.
Parking: One assigned parking space, conveniently located and visible from the balcony.

I tend to stay busy with my own schedule but am always happy to share local Costa Mesa tips or a friendly chat. I respect privacy and quiet hours (10 pm to 7 am), especially for those working medical or night shifts.

To maintain a professional environment: No overnight guests, strictly no smoking of any kind (in apartment or anywhere on the property grounds for that matter), and no pets.
