This is a fantastic place for students at Kennesaw State to live. The community is gated and less than 1 mile from the school. The bus route directly stops here reducing gas bills and parking issues at the college. There are currently 3 male roommates and they keep to themselves and keep the downstairs area clean. The community also offers 2 pools and hot tubs, and a private community gym for why the one at school gets too crowded. I am offering to pay $200 per month to the renter until the lease ends which would greatly reduce the price. The apartment features include:
