I am looking for someone who is available to move in this month. This is for college aged students and has to have money to support monthly rent. Please contact me ASAP we can go over changing the lease from my name to yours and go through the main office together. I can show the space you would be staying at and there is also a gym and pool included. Only a few signatures needed and I have already cleared the space out. Also the kitchen and living room is shared, the bedroom and bathroom are private. Rent might also be less than what I stated originally, the main office can provide more details when we meet.
