Hello everyone. I am looking to sublease my studio apartment located in Shadyside for the months of March and April 2026. I am moving cities for work and need someone to move in for the duration of my lease.

Monthly rent is $940 + the cost of electric and water utilities.

Sublet will be approved through management company.
