It is a very spacious room, it comes furnished with a bed, desk, dresser and walk in closet. It is a 4 bedroom apartment/dormitory but you do not need to be a student to rent. There are two bathrooms, so you will share one bathroom with the room next to yours. Pets are welcome- but there is a $200 pet deposit and its $50 a month per pet. The current residents are all female, they are very nice and respectful girls. The apartment is kept clean, everyone is very good about picking up their messes and they are all pretty quiet.

Im subleasing my room due to personal family circumstances- not because of any issues with the apartment complex. The complex itself and the people who work there are attentive and do their best to help. It is located in a more suburban area of College Station, but still surrounded by restaurants, stores, and gas stations. Its not as busy as downtown College Station- which I thought was nice. The amenities include WiFi, garbage disposal service, a pool and multiple tennis/basketball/volleyball courts. They also have a gym and study rooms in the office which you get 24/hr access to.
