Looking for a people subletter for one bedroom in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment just of off Loop 10. Convenient to UGA campus and 5 Points. The listing says pet friendly, but we do prefer no pets (willing to negotiate though)! The apartment living space is fully furnished with new appliances and a washer and dryer in-unit. There is also a cute gated back patio attached that is right next to the communitys pool! Plenty of parking for tentants and visitors, no passes required and I havent seen a tow truck come by the whole time Ive been living there. The bedroom is very spacious with windows that overlook the patio, 2 sliding closets, 1 linen closet, and a private full bathroom. It is not furnished, but willing to provide furnishing if required. Current roommate is very chill, neat, and kind! She is in her first year of grad school. Utilities not included, but my current roommate has them set up and controlled, we use an app to split them evenly.
