Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment! The lease will end on November 15th, 2026 approximately 10 months contract depending on move in date. Its the perfect one bedroom/bath apartment on second floor. The apartment can come mostly furnished except for entertainment and would be yours to keep or take with you at the end of the lease. That includes couch, end tables, coffee table, dining set, dresser, night stand, and bed frame. Mattress can be included as well however is 10+ years old and would recommend a new one!
