Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom convertible apartment! The lease would start March 7th (flexible) and ends August 13th. Utilities are 100$ a month and the building (Uptown 500) has many amenities like multiple common and work rooms, gym and fitness rooms, free coffee, swimming pool, and daily trash takeout.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is covered parking available for purchase and pets are allowed.
I would have furniture for sale if you decide to take over my lease. I can do virtual and in-person tours!
