Property Description
This property is a town house with 4 floors including: a basement, main level, second floor, and third floor. The basement consists of one smaller private room and a family/gaming style room which can also be converted into a room. There is a full bathroom that is accessible from both rooms, there is also a half bath in the basement that serves as the bathroom for the main floor of the house (we currently use it as a bathroom for the person living in the family style room that way both people in the basement can have their own bathroom space, and only have to share the shower). The mail floor consists of a furnished living room and kitchen and is a shared space with all the tenants in the house. The 2nd floor consists of a double room with a full bath (currently being used as a single), a single room with a full bath, and the washer and dryer for the house. The 3rd floor consists of another single room with a full bath, a small foyer area, and the outside balcony that has chairs, a grill, and a turf covered floor. There are two parking spots that come with the property and more are available for purchase for $100 additional per month. There is also an alarm system as well as a doorbell camera and back camera overlooking the two parking spots. The house uses a keyless entry system as each tenant is given a unique 4-digit code to enter the house. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are currently occupied, I am looking for someone to take over my lease in the small private room in the basement. However, the person living in the family room space in the basement is also moving out. This would mean unless someone else is found, the entire basement would be available and the bathroom would not have to be shared.

The house has an outside deck on the top floor that has chairs, grills, and a turf covered floor. The kitchen sink, washer, and dryer are all brand new as they were just replaced on December 18, 2025. The CUA/Brookland Red Line Metro stop is 2 blocks down the street from the house as well.

Additional Paperwork and Fees
A copy of the lease will need to be signed. There will also be a credit check which costs $49.99. Depending on income, a guarantor may also be required to sign the lease. Utilities (water, gas, electric, internet, security system) are typically $100-$200 per person depending on the amount of people in the house and the amount of water/gas/electricity used.

The room will be unfurnished and pets are not allowed. This is a rental property so a renewal of the lease would have to be discussed with the landlord. The price per person is determined by the number of tenants living in the apartment. There are no pets allowed.
