It is 4 bedrooms and currently looking for for 2 bedrooms (one private room for each). They are next to each other on the second floor. Laundry room is on the same floor as the rooms. Only one other room is being used at the responsibleent. No 4th roommate. Backdoor outside patio does not come with tables and chairs that are in the pictures. The unused room is on the first floor where the kitchen is. Other roommate owns a cat but the cat stays in the room 99% of the time. Very close to UGA and UNG (Oconee). There is a shuttle that goes to UGA campus throughout the day. It is a townhouse style and includes a swimming pool in the club house along with a lazy river. Study rooms in the club house with whiteboard walls as well as a printer. And a couple computers in there. Smaller private study rooms if you want more private studying.
