Hello!! I am looking for someone to sublet my one bedroom apartment right on UC campus for the upcoming spring semester!!! One bedroom minutes from downtown and in the middle of all of the restaurants and campus night life. Street parking available as well as pool access. The unit has the option to remain furnished if youd like. Pet friendly, I would also be willing to compromise by paying January rent as well!
