Hi! Im graduating and need to move, so Im looking to sublease my 1-bed / 1-bath apartment at College Manor. Located in the heart of Gainesville, its one of the closest apartments to the UF campus, offering available parking and a 5-10 minute walk to all major lecture halls.

The sublease is available from December 21, 2025, to July 31, 2026. If youd like to stay longer, you can renew or continue the lease directly with the leasing office after the sublease period ends. If you sublease it with me, all the furniture and security deposit are yours!! (Roughly $1030)
