I am subletting from Eagle Village Student apartments near University of Southern Indiana. I am looking for a relet. I moved out beginning of December, so it is available for relet anytime between January and July. Rent is $525 a month. Water is included. Internet and electricity are not. Internet is $15 a month paid to the resident portal. Electricity is paid separately. This is a relet, so the lease would be taken from whatever month you move in till the end of July.
