Hi! Im a UChicago Graduate student looking to sublease this apartment. It is a wonderful stay at a convenient location with many amenities to offer. The lease runs through May but the Mac Properties team stated to me that they are happy to extend the lease at the sub-leasees discretion. Happy to provide a tour and facilitate a move-in right after Christmas (or even before!).
