Hey! :) My boyfriend and I are looking into moving in together so he is trying to sublease his place. There is two roomates already living there, one male, one female. They are both graduate students. There are three rooms, each of them contains a bathroom in the room. The room that is being subleased is contained upstairs. It is very cheap housing near FSU! It is about a 2 minute drive/ 5 minute walk to campus. It is $639 for housing and utilities are paid seperate and divided up by roomates. He can get his stuff out as soon as someone wants to move in.
