Adds up to about an additional $200-$300 per month depending on Electric, and gas usage. Bills and rent will be split evenly.

Freeway 85 is 15 min drive.

The room size is about 10x12 there is a small double door closet.

About me my name is Aaron, I have 2 jobs, I work as a chef for Santa Clara county and do catering on the side, always working so when Im home I like peace and quiet, as this is my serenity and sanctuary. Im not loud, rarely have visitors, I have a daughter 17 that comes to visit sometimes. In my spare time I ride or tinker with my Harley, go hang out with friends, or go to recovery meetings, I have over 15 years of sobriety, so a clean and sober person is a plus with over 1 year of sobriety, but not required.
