Hi everyone! Im looking for someone to takeover / transfer my lease from January 2026 - June 2026. It is a studio apartment at The Hamilton, located near Center City, Philadelphia (the exact address is 1500 Hamilton St.)

The official move out date is June 5th, 2025 and the rent is $1,200 (originally $1,463, but I can cover the difference). I am planning to move out around Christmas time, so you can move in before January if needed.

The room itself has in unit washer/dryer as well as a dishwasher. I also have a city view and am on the 6th floor. The apartment complex has a lot of amenities, including a gym, work spaces, rooftop, etc. I can also leave whatever furniture behind if needed.
