Hi everyone! Im Lana, and Im looking for someone to take over my lease in a great 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Ascend at Red Rocks in Lakewood. The lease runs through August 31, 2026, and Im hoping to pass my room along to a responsible and friendly replacement.

The Apartment:

Master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet
In-unit washer & dryer included
Access to community amenities: pool, fitness center, and more
Modern, well-maintained building in a convenient location

Rent & Utilities:

Your share of rent: $886.50/month (half of the total $1,773 rent)
Split utilities evenly (electric, water, etc.)

Your Future Roommate:

Abigail works at Dutch Bros, clean, respectful, and easygoing
She has a sweet, friendly Chihuahua mix named Monty who gets along well with other pets
Abigail is tidy, communicates well, and values a harmonious living space

Ideal Candidate:

Responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces
Comfortable living with a friendly small dog
Able to commit through August 2026
