Looking to sublet my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment ASAP, lease ends September 30th, 2026. Apartment includes a balcony, garage and lots of closet space. Rent is $1689 a month and includes water, garbage removal, and internet. Electric must be paid separately. A security deposit of one months rent, $1689, is required at lease signing and will be returned once I receive my security deposit at the end of the lease.
