Subleasing my room in a 4b4b first floor apartment at The Village at Chandler Crossings. I have three roommates currently and they are quiet and clean. The apartment is fully furnished and has laundry in the unit. The apartment is recently updated and is really nice on the inside with new appliances and carpet. It is only a 10 minute drive to campus. Rent total includes the utilities. The lease would start ASAP and run to the end of the lease at the end of July 2026.
