As part of an Incentive: If sublet between now and January 1st, we are offering the first month of rent paid, and at the end the new tenant can keep the 550 security deposit. If lease by February 1st, we are offering 1/2 of the the month rent, and the tenant could keep the 550 deposit. If leased by March 1st, the tenant can keep the 500 security deposit. The current lease terminates mid April. After that the tenant would have the opportunity to just move out, or renew the lease. Also, we will pay for the 400 sublet fee.
New tenant may choose to pay 125/month for inside heater parking.
