Hey everyone! Im looking to sublease my room in my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on Holly Street in Home Park in Midtown. The lease would run from January until August, but January to May is okay as well. My 3 other roommates (all female, undergrad 3rd years) will be living there as well, and I would be happy to provide their info. They are all respectful and take care of the space (and have amazing personalities).
Rent: $1214 including utilities (We occasionally have gone over on electric and have had to each pay around $15 for the month)
