Hi! I am looking to sublet my apartment on 515 N Lake st. There are 4 other peoples who live here. (if looking to apply, you must be a male). Really chill environment, if I had the money to stay here, I definitely would. The place is awesome and everyone else pays 960 a month, but I am willing to pay 210 dollars while not living here to give anyone who wants to sublet the place a discount. Really should be a smooth transition into moving into the house. Everyone here is really hardworking and smart people and its all around a great environment to be in.
