Hey! Im starting grad school in January and am looking for someone to sublet my room (preferably a female) from January until the end of my lease (May 31st). I live in the West village in a walk up apartment. I also live with two other girls (age 23/24) and we have new appliances and a washer dryer! We also live right by the west 4th subway which has the A,C,E and B,D,F,M and are a 5 ish minute walk to the 1. I am also selling my furniture and AC unit if you would like those included.
