Looking for someone to take over the lease for my apartment. Im not making enough money to afford it by myself and I need to downsize. My photos show furniture, but I will be taking my furniture with me. The place is a good size with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen with a pantry. There are closets throughout the apartment, including in both bedrooms, 2 in the living room/hallway, and 1 in the bathroom. The apartment has a large driveway. There are lots of restaurants nearby on Clifton and Ludlow. The University of Cincinnati is a 20 minute walk away. Im hoping to find someone to move on January 11th or later. The lease ends July 24th, 2026. I will cover your first months rent and utilities.
