Looking for a third roommate to take over my lease for a single bedroom is in a large, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex in Southie until septmeber with an option to renew. My two people roommates (working professionals in their mid 20s) are seeking a clean, friendly, and considerate third roommate.

Rent: $1,384/month

Utilities: Average ~$100/month (heat/electric/wifi)
Move-In & Lease Transfer
* Target Date: January 1st, 2026.
* Flexibility: February 1st or March 1st move-in is also possible.
* Deposit: No security deposit required. I will transfer my existing deposit to the new tenant upon lease signing.
* Initial Payment: Application fee + First months rent.
* Requirements: A credit and background check is required by the landlord for the lease transfer.
