Hello, Im looking for someone who can take over my lease at the Waverly for the spring semester (January or February - July 31).
This is a 2 bedroom apartment, each with a private bathroom. Rent is $1290/month + utilities split with roommate. Apartment has full AC control, is fully furnished and also includes a dishwasher, washer and dryer, TV, and balcony.
The Waverly also has a lot of amenities, including a pool and 24 hour gym. There is also a UD bus stop directly within the community, less than a minute walk from this apartment.
