Apartment is in a high rise on the 20th floor and has a view of Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens simultaneously. Long Island city is a very popular neighborhood and considered one of the safest, family oriented with parks, dining, views of NYC skyline. The building view will never be fully obstructed since it is right off the water and has a rooftop and clubhouse. NYC fireworks are often viewable from outside or the roof. The circle for concerts is behind on the park near the building but noise level is extremely low. The apartment has 2 brs/2 bth, W/D and pet friendly. Amenities are extra but adding it to the rent to make it easier is open to discussion. The Master Br no longer has a Murphy bed or piano. It just has a normal queens size bed.
