Our unit sits on the highest floor of the building just steps away from the rooftop terrace and dog park, community room with full kitchen, a pool table, and shuffle board, and the fitness center. Our unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer. We have absolutely loved living at Trico due to its amazing staff and great walkable location. Our unit has an gorgeous view if the St. Pauls Episcopal Cathedral across the street and we are spoiled with breathtaking sunsets and view of the water front. We will be vacating the unit on 2/06/2026 and our lease ends 8/31/2026, so this would be a 6-month sublease unless you decide to renew!
