Shared kitchen and living room
Washer and dryer available (theres also a balcony, so we dont use the dryer often)

The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and offers great value for the rent. The location is super convenient!
Your roommate is a graduate student who sometimes cooks friendly food on weekends.
