The room will come furnished with bed/couch/TV,soundbar and sub/eames lounge chair. Roommates are both male working professionals and clean. Apartment is located just a 3 minute walk from the B/Q/N/R/W train at Dekalb Ave or the A/C/F at jay street metro tech. You will also be a 5 mins walk from fort green park,dumbo,Manhattan bridge/brooklyn bridge. Trader Joes/alamo drafthouse/ target are also a 3 mins walk away.

Room comes fully furnished and equipped with a 65inch tv with sound bar and sub, full size bed, very comfy couch and eames lounge chair. Closets and shoes will be emptied out for the duration of the stay of course.

Rent is stated above. with an additional ~$70/pp monthly for wifi/gas/electricity. Minimal approval required, just 1st months rent upfront, and security deposit of only 500$.
