This is a female-only shared bedroom! My roommates are really awesome, pretty clean, and mostly keep to themselves, but are really friendly! The management is really helpful, and do a great job. There is a pool, a unit laundry, and the units are furnished. It is in a great location, a short walk to Utah Tech University, and everyone here is really nice!
