The apartment is located in camabridge in a quite and safe neighbourhood. The supermarkets, T-station, and commuter rail are a 10-minute walk away. Many good restaurants are within a 1-10 minute walk, and the bus stop is within a 1-minute walk. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, a comforter, and an installed air purifier. A small heater fan is available in addition to the central heating system. Kitchen, Washroom, and Living Room with TV are shared with other tenants. The resident MUST keep the common area clean and perform cleaning duties of common areas on a weekly basis (in rotation with other tenants). There is a Sun Room and a courtyard at the back, shared by all tenants. The resident can also use my road bike; however, they will be responsible for the repair costs if anything breaks during usage. All tenets are friendly.

Special Note: Smoking and pets are not allowed. Guests are only allowed upon approval from all other tenets. No overnight guests allowed. Parking is not included in the rent. If you require additional parking and may require approval from the landlord.
