Im looking for someone who needs a room to sublease at the Grove (on University Parks). Its a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit, and there is currently only one people roommate. My room is Room B.
Im graduating in December, so Im looking for someone to take over my lease. I currently pay $455 per month, not including water and electricity. The unit is fully furnished, and the room comes with its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. The Grove also provides a shuttle that goes to and from Baylors campus.
You can move in as early as December 22nd, and the lease has about half a year left, ending on July 21st, 2026. You can also choose to renew the lease directly with the apartment after that.
