Im subletting my one-bedroom, 750 sq ft unit at the Catalyst Building in downtown Houston. Its a beautiful place in an amazing building full amenities, swimming pool, gym, concierge, free valet, indoor parking, the whole package.

The only reason Im subletting is because Im moving to another city for a new job. Otherwise, I wouldve definitely stayed here and probably renewed my lease next year.

Rent is $1,980, and its potentially negotiable if someone is ready to move quickly we can work a deal out.
There are 8 months left on the lease (it ends in August), and youll also have the option to renew if you want.

The process is simple: youll take over the current lease, so the building will just need to run a background check.
