The commute to campus is around 35-40 minutes for uOttawa and around 55-60 minutes for Carleton. Close to La Cite!

The room is a private space with its own washroom. Theres a communal lounge/dining room and kitchen on the middle floor and a small kitchenette on the floor the room is on (the basement).

Its fully finished, so no need to haul furniture or anything else. Its also all inclusive. Utilities and wifi are included in rent already.

The rent is 999$ a month but until April with an option to renew your lease or 799$ until August with the option to renew your lease. Another thing to keep in mind is that the first months and last months deposit are needed.
