This apartment has two other roommates both with their own rooms and their own bathrooms. Utilities are charged by the apartment so you pay everything straight to Oxford Manor you dont need to set up lights or internet separately.

I am looking for someone who is willing to sublease my apartment from March to July. I also live in the second floor so this might not work for you if you have mobility issues.

Oxford Manor is located between UF campus and Butler Plaza. There is a bus that stops right in front of the apartment complex. However this apartment is female only so please keep that in mind.
