$1025 Spring 2026 Sublease / Jan-July 31st/ 5 Min Walk to Campus
Hi! Im graduating in December and looking for someone to take over my Spring 2026 lease (JanuaryJuly 31st) at Yugo Austin Nueces. Its a 4x2 floorplan (all girls) and the location is amazing, right on 25th & Nueces and a quick 5-minute walk to campus. Rent is $1025/month (originally $1,179, discounted for spring).
Utilities arent included, but internet is included in the rent.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand, and closet. Its a private, quiet room with no window, which is why the price is reduced for the spring. The bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill setup with two sinks!
Theres an in-unit washer and dryer, and the building has great amenities like a gym, study rooms, free printing, and a parking garage if needed.
