Hi, Im looking to sublease my room starting December 25th. Its a fairly large room with a private bathroom and shower. The unit is fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a full kitchen. The building offers amenities such as a study room, gym, rooftop, pool, and computer room, and its conveniently located right next to PG Mall. Minutes walk off the green/yellow line. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Theres also a shuttle service that runs to and from Howard University. I live with undergrad and grad female students.
