The apartment is fully furnished, with a dining table and couch in the common room, and beds, desks (with chairs), and shelves in both bedrooms. There is a closet space in each bedroom, with drawers (or shelves) included, and plenty of storage space in the entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom, and we will leave our pots, pans, and utensils in the kitchen for you to use. We are renting out both bedrooms separately, but if you are interesting in renting both (either by yourself or with someone you know), feel free to contact us and well be more than happy to accommodate that! Our apartment is right next to Chinatown and 15 minutes away is Le Quartier des Spectacles. We are a roughly seven-minute walk away from Old Montreal. The Desjardin complex, where you can find a grocery store, pharmacy, and walk-in clinic, is also less than 10 minutes away. Finally, we are a roughly 25-minute walk, 20-minute metro trip, from McGills downtown campus.
