The room is available mid-January through mid-April but the exact dates can be flexible so still feel free to message even if your dates dont exactly line up.

- 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (you would have your own private bathroom)
- Kitchen with dishwasher
- Private backyard
- In-unit laundry
- Central heating and cooling
- Room is 8.5x12 with a closet
- Room is currently unfurnished but I can help furnish if that is a dealbreaker
- Street parking with Medford resident permit, a garage spot can be included for extra cost

Location:
- 3 min walk to Ball Square (green line), 15 min walk to Davis Square (red line)
- 7 min walk to Tufts campus

Rent: $1675/month + utility (can be negotiable depending on need)

Roommate:
Full-time professional male in his mid 20s. He is clean, respectful, and easygoing. Looking for someone similar, male preferred, easy going professional, around the same age.
