Hi, we are a Brazilian couple renting our beautiful apartment while we go to Brazil for a music tour and album release from 06 of December to 26 of January. Everything is very well equipped, complete kitchen, two workspaces, great location, close to everything you need, Schnhauser Alle train station a 10-minute walk away, pharmacy, market, and shops nearby.

Ideal for couples, but can accommodate up to 3 people.

1000 per month or 40 per day. Depending on the length of your stay, we can negotiate the price.
