This is a Jr. 1 bed (1 bed with wall seperating bedroom from rest of apartment) in the Aurelien Building (www.aurelienchicago.com). This is not furnished but does have w/d in unit and a dishwasher. Great views on the 24th floor, super clean building with great staff, and phenominal amenities (gym, steam shower, roof deck with pool and grills, shared study and lounge spaces). Plenty of storage space in the unit and a walk in closet. The kitchen has marble countertops and modern/ nice appliances.

I wish I could stay and would resign the lease as I have in the past, but am leaving Chicago and would like someone to take it over for the last 4 months.
