This is a sublease for one bedroom of a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located at 805 press avenue, Lexington KY. The apartment is already furnished (couch and tv in the living room, etc) with the exception of the bedroom to be rented. the lease for said apartment ends on 7/22/2026. I am subleasing my half of it, as I had to move back with my parents for medical reasons. the shown rent amount is for rent and water, which is a 55 Doller flat fee ($27.5 per person monthly).
