Beautiful house, vibes all around, spacious backyard + kitchen, and my room has its own little hallway with direct access to balcony and bathroom. $683/month + ~$150 in utilities (most of the time its less than that). Parking in front and back! $50 pet fee, preferably cats as theres already a cat in the home. $250 subleasing fee but no security deposit required!
