Im heading out of Vancouver for a while, and honestly the only way I feel good about it is if someone great takes over this home. Ive been here 4 years and Im still obsessed with it - the light, the calm, and that feeling of stepping outside and being right on the seawall. Its been my little sanctuary in the city.

Its a bright, fully furnished 1-bedroom (730 sq ft + balcony) in Cooperage Way, in a waterfront Concord tower on False Creek. Floor-to-ceiling windows, open living space, gas range, in-suite laundry and its already set up with everything you need bed, sofa, dining table, TV, kitchen basics, etc. Just bring your suitcase.

You get full access to the buildings resort-style amenities: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna/steam, gym, bowling alley, theatre room, lounge spaces and concierge. Outside, youve got the seawall, dog park and parks literally at your door, and an easy walk to Yaletown, SkyTrain, BC Place, Rogers Arena, Costco and Parq.

Available from Feb 1, 2026. Ill be away for at least 7 months (likely longer), so Im really looking for someone wholl treat it like their own - clean, respectful, stable income, ideally planning to stay 7-9+ months.
