Hello! I am a student at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, GA trying to sublease my room for Spring semester. Which is January 10 to May 12, but the actual lease expires on July 10. Im planning on leaving college for the foreseeable future for Spring semester. The place is right across the street from campus. I live with three other girls who are very nice, arent loud, keep the kitchen clean, no pets, and usually no one is using the kitchen. The building is about 4 years old- so no mold or weird problems.
