Apartment is owned by Cornerstone and is pet friendly. This apartment is located on the second floor (top floor) so no upstairs neighbors. Looking for someone to take over our lease from December 1, 2026 through end of February 2026 with the option to renew after our lease is up! Can move in sooner/later, well just have to work out the details of pro-rating the payment.

$750 fee paid to us (sub lease fee) that you will get back from Cornerstone once you leave. You will have to apply and be approved through Cornerstone to transfer the lease.

Must have proof of income. Cornerstone will ask about previous rental history. If you dont have any prior history, you can sign the lease with a guarantor.
